How we price, and how it reaches you

We do not publish a price list. We publish how the figure is built, what it always contains, and the only two things that can move it.

Explore more

Four things, and no fifth

The components of every figure.

The class of car

The seats you need and the suitcases you are carrying, and nothing beyond that.

The duration

By the hour, the day or the month, agreed in writing.

The distance

Within the city or between governorates, in kilometres actually driven.

When it is driven

Night journeys and public holidays carry a different rate, and it is stated on the line it applies to.

From the request to the journey

Three steps.

1. The request

You send what you need. One request may hold several services and several classes of car.

2. The quotation

One written, itemised quotation reaches you within 15 minutes, between 09:00 and 23:00 Cairo time.

3. The approval

You approve it from a single link, and the day before the journey the chauffeur's details reach you.

What a quotation contains

  • Your name and the reference number of the request.
  • Each service as its own line: what it is, which day, and from where to where.
  • The class of car on each line, with its seats and its suitcases.
  • The duration or the distance that line is priced on.
  • The chauffeur's language, if you named one.
  • The waiting time included, and the rate beyond it.
  • The total, and the date the quotation stops being valid.
  • The conditions in full, on the same document, not behind a link.

One request, however many services and classes of car it holds, produces one quotation. You are not left comparing several documents.

A suitcase at a doorway

What you do not have to ask for

  • The car and the chauffeur.
  • Fuel and road tolls.
  • The waiting time written into the quotation.
  • A child seat, fitted before the car arrives.
  • Chilled water, phone chargers and independent rear climate.

Anything not included appears inside the quotation as a written line with its own figure, before you agree to it. Nothing appears after the journey.

Waiting and cancellation

The numbers, before you ask for them.

Waiting at the airport

60 free minutes, counted from the actual landing and not from the scheduled time. We follow the flight number, so a delayed flight does not shorten them.

Waiting in the city

15 free minutes at each pickup. Beyond that the hourly rate already written in your quotation applies, and you are told before it is applied.

Cancellation

Free up to 24 hours before the journey. After that, half the agreed figure.

A change you ask for

A longer duration, a larger class of car or an extra destination is put to you in writing before it is carried out, at the rates already in your quotation.

A hand on the steering wheel

The quotation does not move

  • It is stored exactly as it was sent: its items, its figures and its conditions. None of them change afterwards.
  • You approve it from one link. The link carries the same document you read, and approval turns it into a confirmed booking.
  • If you want something changed, the link raises that with us. It never alters the booking by itself.
  • Only two things move a figure: a change you ask for, and waiting beyond what was agreed. You are told about both before they are applied.

Otherwise: the price we send is the price you pay.

Why we do not publish a price list

A single journey changes with its duration, its distance, the number of people with you and the hour it is driven. A published table would be wrong for most of the people reading it, and a table that is wrong is worse than no table at all. So we publish the method here, and answer the particular question in writing within 15 minutes.

Hotels, travel agencies and corporate accounts work from a standing list held for their account. Ask on their pages and it is sent to you.

Know your chauffeur before you meet

The day before your journey, one message reaches you: the chauffeur’s name and number, the car photographed with its plate, and the pickup time.

  • We do not publish photographs of our chauffeurs. We publish their names, their years of service, the languages they speak, and written standards you can read.
  • The chauffeur’s number opens two hours before pickup and closes when the journey ends.
  • If the chauffeur or the car changes for any reason, a new message reaches you before the appointment.
