The hour you land, not the hour on the ticket
The traveller stepping out of the hall after eleven hours in the air. The son in Dubai booking for his parents, who land in Cairo at three in the morning and whom he cannot meet himself. The office arranging the arrival of a guest it has never met.
One request can hold several services — a car, an airport arrival, a hotel — and one written quotation covers all of them.
How the arrival runs
1. The flight
You give us the flight number, the names and where you are going.
2. The landing
We watch the flight. If it lands three hours late, the appointment moves and the figure does not.
3. The meeting point
The chauffeur waits at the agreed point with your name on a sign, and stays there until you come out.
Know your chauffeur before you meet
The day before your journey, one message reaches you: the chauffeur’s name and number, the car photographed with its plate, and the pickup time.
- We do not publish photographs of our chauffeurs. We publish their names, their years of service, the languages they speak, and written standards you can read.
- The chauffeur’s number opens two hours before pickup and closes when the journey ends.
- If the chauffeur or the car changes for any reason, a new message reaches you before the appointment.
Waiting, cancellation and the number
- 60 free minutes at the airport, counted from the actual landing.
- 15 free minutes at each pickup in the city.
- Cancellation: free up to 24 hours before the appointed time, and half the agreed price after that.
- The chauffeur's number opens two hours before pickup and closes when the journey ends.
What people ask about this service
What if the aircraft is three hours late?
We follow the flight and move the appointment. Waiting is counted from the actual landing, and the figure does not change because an airline was late.
And if I am flying out rather than arriving?
We take you to the airport as well, in the same request: choose “To the airport” and give the time your flight departs. We set the pickup early enough for the traffic on the road and for the formalities at the terminal.
We arrive on two different flights.
Add the arrival twice in the same request, with as many cars as you need. It stays one request and one quotation.
