One account, one invoice

Cars with chauffeurs for your staff and your guests, with a monthly trip log, one electronic tax invoice, and an escalation number that does not go through sales.

You ask for a car. We keep the record.

Rather than settle every journey on the day, the company holds an account with us. Each journey is requested by someone you have named in writing, each journey is logged, and at the end of the month one record and one invoice reach you.

  • Journeys are requested in one message or by email, and only by the people you name to us in writing.
  • Every journey is logged with its date and time, the passenger, the car and the chauffeur, and the cost centre it was booked against.
  • One electronic tax invoice reaches you within the first 5 working days of the following month.
  • Payment terms are agreed in writing before the first journey, not after it.

To open an account, write to corporate@georgecar.example. A reply reaches you by the next working day.

Three documents, on a fixed date

What reaches you each month.

The trip log for the month: every journey with its date, its passenger, its car and its cost centre, in a format your own system can read.

One electronic tax invoice, issued within the first 5 working days of the following month.

A written note of any delay or exception during the month, if there was one, and what we did about it.

The lines your management can hold us to

  • The chauffeur arrives 15 minutes early. Every time. If he is held up for any reason you are told before the appointed time rather than after it, and you are told how many minutes.
  • The quotation is written and itemised. It reaches you within 15 minutes, between 09:00 and 23:00 Cairo time. The price we send is the price you pay; any additional item appears inside the quotation itself, never after it.
  • The chauffeur and the car are known the day before. One message carries the chauffeur's name and number, the car photographed with its plate, and the pickup time. The chauffeur's number opens two hours before pickup and closes when the journey ends.
  • Every car's papers are valid. Licence and insurance, on the cars we own and on the cars we bring in from suppliers. A car whose papers have lapsed cannot be given work: the system refuses the assignment rather than leaving it to a member of staff to remember.
  • The chauffeur is rested. At least 9 hours of rest before any night drive, and never more than 6 consecutive days at the wheel. If the rule cannot be met for a journey you ask for, we say so and propose another time.

When something goes wrong

One number, and it does not go through sales. Sales answers questions about work we have not yet done. A journey that is already running is a different matter and reaches a different number.

The chauffeur is late

You are told before the appointed time, with the delay in minutes. If the delay is long enough to matter, a second car is sent.

The car develops a fault during a journey

A replacement is sent and the passenger is told what is happening and when it will arrive. Nobody is left to work it out from the roadside.

The plan changes in the middle of the day

Tell the chauffeur or tell us. An extension or a change of destination is recorded against the journey and appears as its own line on the monthly invoice, at the rate already agreed.

A journey has to be cancelled

Free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointed time, and half the agreed price after that. It is written into your terms before the first journey.

Escalation line: +20 100 000 0001. It is answered by an operations manager, not by sales, and it is printed at the foot of every page of your monthly invoice.

The back seat, from inside

Know your chauffeur before you meet

The day before your journey, one message reaches you: the chauffeur’s name and number, the car photographed with its plate, and the pickup time.

  • We do not publish photographs of our chauffeurs. We publish their names, their years of service, the languages they speak, and written standards you can read.
  • The chauffeur’s number opens two hours before pickup and closes when the journey ends.
  • If the chauffeur or the car changes for any reason, a new message reaches you before the appointment.

Conferences and delegations

Several cars, one schedule, one coordinator. A conference, a visiting delegation or a board that arrives together is not a set of separate bookings. It is one schedule: a named coordinator, cars held for the length of the programme, arrivals matched to flights, and one itemised quotation covering all of it.

  • Several classes of car in one request, with the number you need of each.
  • One coordinator, reachable for the length of the programme.
  • A printed schedule for your own staff, by day and by car.
  • Hotel and flight arranged through our partners, inside the same proposal and marked as such.
