Owned, and contracted from suppliers whose papers we check rather than take on trust. A car whose licence, insurance or inspection has lapsed is given no work, and it is the system that refuses it.

You reserve a class, not a named car. The particular car is assigned the day before, and its plate and photograph reach you with the chauffeur's details.
Said once, plainly
- A car is never handed over without its chauffeur. There is no arrangement in which you drive it yourself.
- No shopping stops, and no commission from anyone along the way. The route is yours.
- We do not accept work we cannot staff within the rest rule. We say so when you ask, and offer another time.
- We do not take on work outside the five services at the top of this page. A company that offers everything is good at nothing, and we would rather point you elsewhere.
If what you need is not on this page, say so in the first message and you will be told plainly whether we can do it.

Our standards

A written, itemised quotation within 15 minutes, between 09:00 and 23:00 Cairo time.
The chauffeur arrives 15 minutes before the pickup time.
The price we send is the price you pay.
One message the day before, with the chauffeur's name and number and the car photographed with its plate.
At least 9 hours of rest before a night drive, and never more than 6 consecutive days at the wheel.
No shopping stops, and no commission from anyone along the way.
Know your chauffeur before you meet
The day before your journey, one message reaches you: the chauffeur’s name and number, the car photographed with its plate, and the pickup time.
- We do not publish photographs of our chauffeurs. We publish their names, their years of service, the languages they speak, and written standards you can read.
- The chauffeur’s number opens two hours before pickup and closes when the journey ends.
- If the chauffeur or the car changes for any reason, a new message reaches you before the appointment.
