The day that has more than one address
The visitor with four appointments between Cairo and Giza who has no wish to arrange a car for each leg of it. The host whose guest should not be left outside a hotel looking for a taxi. The director whose morning begins at an office in Downtown Cairo and whose evening ends at the airport.
One request can hold several services — a car, an airport arrival, a hotel — and one written quotation covers all of them.
How the day runs
1. Before the hour
The chauffeur is at your address 15 minutes before the appointed hour.
2. Between appointments
He stays with you between your appointments. You do not send the car away and then call for it again.
3. The end of the day
The day ends where you say it ends, at the hour written in the quotation.
Know your chauffeur before you meet
The day before your journey, one message reaches you: the chauffeur’s name and number, the car photographed with its plate, and the pickup time.
- We do not publish photographs of our chauffeurs. We publish their names, their years of service, the languages they speak, and written standards you can read.
- The chauffeur’s number opens two hours before pickup and closes when the journey ends.
- If the chauffeur or the car changes for any reason, a new message reaches you before the appointment.
Waiting, cancellation and rest
- 15 free minutes of waiting at each pickup in the city.
- Cancellation: free up to 24 hours before the appointed time, and half the agreed price after that.
- A chauffeur rests at least 9 hours before any night drive and never drives more than 6 consecutive days. If your hours cannot meet that rule, we say so and propose another time.
- No shopping stops. The chauffeur takes no commission from any shop or restaurant.
What people ask about this service
Does the chauffeur stay with me for the whole day?
Yes. This is not a transfer that ends when you are set down. The car and the chauffeur are at your disposal for the hours written in the quotation.
I need more than one car on the same day.
Add the class as many times as you need it in the same request. One quotation comes back covering every car and every chauffeur in it.
What if the day runs longer than we agreed?
Tell the chauffeur. Extra hours are covered by an item already written into your quotation, so no new figure appears once the day is over.
