For travel agencies

Written for an office booking on behalf of its own clients: how a booking reaches us, how fast it is confirmed, and what arrives at the end of the month.

1. What you can promise your client

  1. A written, itemised quotation within 15 minutes, between 09:00 and 23:00 Cairo time.
  2. A platform booking answered within 30 minutes, by name.
  3. The price we send is the price that is paid. Any additional item appears inside the quotation itself, never after it.
  4. Net rates to the office, with a commission arrangement set out in writing before the first booking.
  5. Cancellation free up to 24 hours before the appointed time, and half the agreed price after that, so you can state the rule to a client before you take the booking.

2. How bookings reach us

  • Your dedicated line. A WhatsApp line for the office, separate from the one clients use, held by one named person on our side who knows your bookings.
  • By email. Written to the same named contact, which suits an office that needs a record it can forward internally without retyping it.
  • A platform booking forwarded to us. Send it as it stands. A booking that arrives from a reservation platform is answered within 30 minutes by a named person, because a client of yours is already waiting on it.

Three ways, all of them written.

3. What each booking needs

  • The passenger's name, as it should appear to the chauffeur.
  • Passengers and suitcases, counted rather than estimated.
  • Date, pickup time, pickup point and destination.
  • The flight number, if it is an arrival.
  • The class of car, or the number of passengers so that we can name one.
  • The language the chauffeur should speak.
  • A child seat, if one is needed. It is free and fitted before arrival.

Seven lines, and the booking is firm. One request may hold several services and several classes of car, and a single itemised quotation covers all of it. You do not send us a booking per car. Will one car hold them?

4. The trip log and the invoice

  • Every journey is logged. Date and time, passenger, car and chauffeur, and the booking reference you gave it, so your file and ours agree line for line.
  • One electronic tax invoice. Issued within the first 5 working days of the following month, covering every booking taken in the month before it.
  • Payment terms first. Agreed in writing before the first journey, not negotiated against an invoice that has already been issued.

5. What we do not do

  • We are not a travel agency and we do not sell what you sell. We rent cars with chauffeurs; your client remains yours.
  • We do not rent a car without a chauffeur. A car is never handed over without the chauffeur who drives it.
  • Hotel booking and flight booking are arranged through our partners, inside the same proposal and plainly marked as such.
  • We do not stop at shops. The chauffeur takes no commission from anywhere, so nothing is sold to your client in our car.
  • We do not publish photographs of our chauffeurs. We publish their names, their years of service, the languages they speak, and written standards you can hold us to.

So that you never promise it on our behalf. Chauffeur standards

6. The fleet you are booking from

  • VIP Sedan: up to 3 passengers, 3 suitcases, 55 cars.
  • Luxury Sedan: up to 3 passengers, 3 suitcases, 82 cars.
  • Family Van: up to 7 passengers, 8 suitcases, 87 cars.
  • Minibus: up to 13 passengers, 14 suitcases, 38 cars.
  • Coach: up to 23 passengers, 20 suitcases, 14 cars.

Five classes, 276 cars. The client reserves a class. The specific car is assigned the day before and reaches the client photographed with its plate.

7. Escalation number

+20 100 000 0001, for a client already in a car. It is different from the sales number and does not go through it.
