Where to write, and which line to call

Because someone whose car has stopped on the road should not be waiting behind someone asking what a day would cost.

Hours are Cairo time. Written as text and not as an image, so it can be copied straight into a telephone or a supplier form.

A car waiting at a lit entrance in Cairo

What to send, so the reply is a figure

  • The dates, and the pickup point written the way a chauffeur will find it: the building, the gate or the hotel entrance.
  • How many of you there are, and how many suitcases. The class of car follows from those two figures rather than from the name of a car.
  • The flight number, if an airport is involved. It is what lets waiting be counted from the actual landing rather than from the scheduled time.
  • The language you would like the chauffeur to speak, and whether a child seat is needed. Both are written into the assignment rather than raised on the day.

With those four lines the reply is a quotation. Without them it is a question, and that is a round trip neither of us needs.

Send it in writing

If what you want is a figure rather than a discussion, the request page is faster than any of the numbers above. It takes the services, the dates and the classes of car in one pass, and one itemised quotation comes back within 15 minutes.
