More than one car and chauffeur, on one schedule with one coordinator.

Written before the first day

One coordinator responsible for every car of the event, with his number in your hand for the whole of it.

A written schedule for each car — from where, at what hour, to where — reviewed with you before the first day.

Reserve cars counted into the quotation in advance, not found in the middle of a morning.

A trip log for the event and one invoice at the end of it.

The price we send is the price you pay. Any additional item appears in the quotation itself, never after it.

Twenty people, three days, one schedule

The organiser with a delegation of twenty arriving on three flights, a hotel on one side of the city and a hall on the other, and three days in which nothing may be late. The office that has run this before on scattered telephone calls and will not do it again.

Review your request

One request can hold several services — a car, an airport arrival, a hotel — and one written quotation covers all of them.

How the event runs

1. The programme

You send us the programme, or the part of it you already have.

2. The schedule

We return a schedule car by car and hour by hour, and we mark plainly anything that cannot be done.

3. The days

One coordinator runs the days and one invoice closes them.

The back seat, from inside

Know your chauffeur before you meet

The day before your journey, one message reaches you: the chauffeur’s name and number, the car photographed with its plate, and the pickup time.

  • We do not publish photographs of our chauffeurs. We publish their names, their years of service, the languages they speak, and written standards you can read.
  • The chauffeur’s number opens two hours before pickup and closes when the journey ends.
  • If the chauffeur or the car changes for any reason, a new message reaches you before the appointment.

Reserve cars, invoicing and rest

  • Your dates are checked against the whole fleet of 276 cars before any number is promised to you.
  • Reserve cars are written into the quotation before the event rather than sought during it.
  • Chauffeur rest holds across the days: at least 9 hours before a night drive, never more than 6 consecutive days.
  • One monthly invoice, an electronic tax invoice within the first 5 working days of the following month, and an escalation line that does not go through sales.

What people ask about this service

How many cars can you run in one day?

That depends on the class and the date. The fleet is 276 cars in five classes: the largest class is the Family Van at 87 cars, the smallest the Coach at 14. We give you the number available on your dates before you commit to anything, and we say so plainly if it is fewer than you asked for.

Do the cars travel together?

As you ask. One group, or arrivals spaced across the hour so that the entrance does not fill at once.

Who do we call on the day itself?

The coordinator, whose number you have from the first morning. The escalation line +20 100 000 0001 does not go through sales. Payment terms and invoicing are set out on the corporate accounts page.
