What sets it apart

Sliding side doors, separate climate control for each row, and enough height to step in rather than climb in.

Passengers are counted without the chauffeur. Child seat: fitted before the car reaches you, at no charge.

You reserve the class, not a named car. The individual car is assigned the day before your journey, and its plate and photograph reach you with the chauffeur's details.

When we recommend this class

  • A family of five to seven arriving with checked luggage.
  • An arrival at Cairo airport after a long flight, with the boot full.
  • Alexandria or the North Coast and back inside one day.
  • A month in Cairo with the same van and the same chauffeur.
  • Older passengers and small children, who step in through a sliding door rather than climb in.

What people ask about this class

Is the third row usable with the boot full?

Yes. Seven passengers and eight large cases travel together. We measured the two in our own vans rather than reading them off a catalogue.

We are nine, with luggage.

Nine passes the seven seats here. A Minibus takes thirteen passengers and fourteen cases; if you would rather travel in two vans, both sit on one request and come back in one quotation.

We asked for a Mercedes V-Class.

It is the car asked for by name more often than any other. What you reserve is the Family Van class: the V-Class and the Toyota Alphard are the cars in it, and the one assigned to you is named the day before you travel.

Are there belts in the third row?

In every row, the third included, and a child seat is fitted before the car reaches you, at no charge.

Know your chauffeur before you meet

The day before your journey, one message reaches you: the chauffeur’s name and number, the car photographed with its plate, and the pickup time.

  • We do not publish photographs of our chauffeurs. We publish their names, their years of service, the languages they speak, and written standards you can read.
  • The chauffeur’s number opens two hours before pickup and closes when the journey ends.
  • If the chauffeur or the car changes for any reason, a new message reaches you before the appointment.
