Flight booking

We arrange the flight through our partners. The car and its chauffeur are ours.

What we arrange, and what we operate

The ticket is issued by our partners, on a line of the quotation that names them.

Ask for the flight and the airport arrival together, and the pickup is tied to the hour the aircraft lands rather than the hour on the ticket.

The car for the days after the arrival sits on the same quotation, not on a second one.

We are not a travel agency and we do not present ourselves as one. We arrange this through our partners; what we operate, and answer for, is the car and its chauffeur.

The price we send is the price you pay. Any additional item appears in the quotation itself, never after it.

The car and its chauffeur

The fleet is 276 cars in five classes. You reserve a class rather than a named car: the car itself is assigned the day before, and its plate and photograph reach you with the chauffeur's name and number. The written chauffeur standards apply to every one of them.

The flight and the car in one conversation

The traveller who prefers to settle the flight and the car with one company he already deals with, and to have the chauffeur waiting at the hour the aircraft actually lands rather than the hour printed on the ticket.

Review your request

One request can hold several services — a car, an airport arrival, a hotel — and one written quotation covers all of them.

How the arrangement runs

1. The journey

You tell us the cities, the dates, the seats and the cabin.

2. The quotation

We put the flight and the car in one written quotation, each line marked with who provides it.

3. The changes

If the flight changes, the pickup moves with it and you are told before the day.

Know your chauffeur before you meet

The day before your journey, one message reaches you: the chauffeur’s name and number, the car photographed with its plate, and the pickup time.

  • We do not publish photographs of our chauffeurs. We publish their names, their years of service, the languages they speak, and written standards you can read.
  • The chauffeur’s number opens two hours before pickup and closes when the journey ends.
  • If the chauffeur or the car changes for any reason, a new message reaches you before the appointment.

What holds, whatever the airline does

  • Every partner line is marked as a partner line, with the provider named on it.
  • Airport waiting is 60 free minutes, counted from the actual landing, whatever the timetable said.
  • Fare rules, baggage and changes are the airline's own, and they are written into the quotation before you agree to it.
  • Cancelling the car: free up to 24 hours before the appointed time, and half the agreed price after that.

What people ask about this service

Do you issue the tickets yourselves?

No. Our partners issue them, and the ticket reaches you in your own name with their reference on it. If something on it has to change, you come to us rather than to a call centre in another country.

Can it be tied to the airport arrival?

Yes, and that is why it sits here. Choose both in one request and the chauffeur is in the arrivals hall for the hour your aircraft lands. The airport arrival page sets out the waiting rule.

What if the flight is changed?

Tell us and the pickup moves with it. Waiting at the airport runs from the actual landing in any case, so a delay does not change what you pay.
