The airport is on Peace Road, which reaches every part of town. Most drives back to it are slightly shorter, as U-turns on the dual carriageway lengthen the way out.
Before you arrive in Sharm El Sheikh
- Three buildings at the airportThe airport is near Ras Nasrani, north of Naama Bay. It has two passenger terminals, one international and one mainly domestic, and a separate building for private aviation. Your flight number tells us where to meet you.
- Nabq Bay is longIts hotels run north of the airport along Peace Road, from about 8 km to about 14 km away. Give the hotel's name in the request rather than just Nabq, as the time differs from one end to the other.
- From Cairo: fly or driveThe flight takes about an hour. By road it is about 500 km, under the Suez Canal by the Ahmed Hamdi Tunnel and down the Gulf of Suez: 6 to 8 hours door to door. The drive suits a large family with luggage.
- Eid: late bookings, full hotelsAt Eid al-Adha in late May 2026, hotel occupancy in Sharm reached 85 to 90 per cent, some hotels were full, and much of the booking came in the last few days. If you book a hotel for Eid, request the car with it.
From Nabq Bay down to Hadaba
- Sharm El Sheikh International AirportAt your flight's terminal, at one meeting point. Its description reaches you the day before, with the chauffeur's name and number and the car's photograph and plate.
- The International Convention CentreOn Peace Road, 10–15 minutes from the airport. Each delegation car has its own time on the written schedule.
- Hotels in Naama Bay and NabqThe chauffeur waits at your hotel entrance and is there a quarter of an hour before the agreed time.
- Sharks Bay and SOHO SquareSharks Bay hotels stand on Sheikh Zayed Street, a branch of Peace Road. At SOHO Square we agree the pickup point with you before dinner.
- The Old Market and HadabaHadaba is reached from Peace Road by Banks Street or El Fanar Street, and the chauffeur comes to the door of the hotel or house. At the Old Market we agree a particular entrance with you.
From Nabq, north of the airport, to Hadaba and Ras Um Sid in the south, by way of Ras Nasrani, Sharks Bay, Naama Bay, Sharm El Maya and Hay El Nour, the chauffeur comes to the address you give.

Know your chauffeur before you meet
The day before your journey, one message reaches you: the chauffeur’s name and number, the car photographed with its plate, and the pickup time.
- We do not publish photographs of our chauffeurs. We publish their names, their years of service, the languages they speak, and written standards you can read.
- The chauffeur’s number opens two hours before pickup and closes when the journey ends.
- If the chauffeur or the car changes for any reason, a new message reaches you before the appointment.
What arriving guests and delegations ask
We are arriving by private jet. Where will the chauffeur meet us?
Private aviation has its own building at the airport, apart from the two passenger terminals. Say so in the request with the flight number, and the meeting point is set there; its description comes the day before with the chauffeur's details.
We need cars for a delegation at the convention centre.
They all go on one written schedule, followed by a single coordinator: arrivals from the airport, then hotel to hall each day. The centre is 10–15 minutes from the airport. How we run it: conferences and delegations.
Can the chauffeur drive us back to Cairo?
Yes: about 500 km, 6 to 8 hours. But the Sinai-only stamp, issued without a visa for up to 15 days, covers only Sharm El Sheikh, Dahab, Nuweiba and Taba (the rules as of September 2026). A guest who entered on it needs a full Egyptian visa for Cairo.
We are staying in Naama Bay and dining at SOHO Square.
About 12 km, roughly a quarter of an hour on a clear road. With the car booked by the day, the chauffeur waits until you have finished dinner, and that is written into the quotation.
